The area of interest for the lease is a portion of Lot 6 within the GPIP. The proposed lease area consists of approximately 10,000 SF extending from the northern corner of Lot 6 and is located adjacent to the north end of the CBS Haul Out and Shipyard area. Lot 6 is valued at ~$9.95/SF.

RFQ - Design of Lift Station Improvements
The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) wishes to hire a qualified consultant to design a sanitary sewer project subject to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) FY 14 Alaska Clean Water Fund Intended Use Plan, as amended in 2015.
The scope of design work includes replacement and/or rehabilitation of the Landfill and Crescent lift stations. At a minimum, new submersible pumps and controllers for both lift stations will be required, as well as complete replacement of the Landfill LS force main. CBS desires the lift station upgrades to be similar in scope and equipment with two recent projects – the Japonski Island lift stations project and the Lake Street and Monastery Street lift stations project. Design drawings and technical specifications of both of these projects are available upon request.
