The estimated project cost is $2,130,971.00 The work is to be accomplished within 365 calendar days of a notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of $750 per day will be assessed if the work has not been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract within the time specified (as extended by any authorized extension of time granted in accordance with the contract provisions). Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in Dam Construction to bid on the above project.
