Demolition & removal of existing roof, Installation of new standing seam metal roofing, flashing, ridge vents & insulation

Relocating and re-grading the tees on Hole #1, removal and installation of concrete cart path, new concrete cart parking, minor drainage improvements, and the construction of a netting cage on concrete pad (“mini-range” practice field).

Project Description:  Repair of stadium concrete seating structure including removal of loose, broken, or weakened concrete, patching voids, repair and/or replacement of exposed rebar, addition of support structures in areas, sealing of cracks and replacement of joint sealers.  Environmental mitigation of lead-based paint on structural steel. Prime, base coat and finish coat painting of structural steel. Modification of concrete block walls to provide access to structural steel at base of frames.

Relocating and re-shaping the tees on Hole #1 at Webb Park Golf Course, installation of new cart path and cart parking, and the construction of a “mini range” practice facility.
