weakened concrete, patching voids, repair and/or replacement of exposed rebar,
addition of support structures in areas, sealing of cracks and replacement of joint
sealers.
Environmental mitigation of lead-based paint on structural steel. Prime, base coat and
finish coat painting of structural steel. Modification of concrete block walls to provide
access to structural steel at base of frames.
