CITY OF PIQUA OHIO - PAVEMENT PROGRAM – MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT #26-02 ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $1,484,000 In general, the work consists of the planning of asphalt, adjustment of manholes and water valves, and the placement of an asphalt surface course and pavement markings on various streets throughout the city. State of Ohio Prevailing Wages are required. The final completion date is October 31, 2026.

The City of Piqua, Ohio (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified planning consultants or firms for the update/replacement of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The current plan, Plan It Piqua (2007), serves as the long-range planning document for the community and will be replaced through this project with a modern, implementable plan to guide development through the year 2040. The RFQ documentation may be viewed or downloaded from the City of Piqua website piquaoh.gov or here on BidExpress. Interested firms shall submit a complete qualifications package electronically following the naming and submission requirements outlined in the RFQ. Submittal Deadline: 4:00 PM EST, Friday, March 27, 2026 Late submissions will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the City no later than March 13, 2026. Written responses will be provided via addendum and posted by March 20, 2026. Only written addenda issued by the City shall be considered binding. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, methodology, qualifications of key personnel, and strength of references, as detailed in the RFQ’s Selection Criteria section. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive irregularities, and negotiate with the highest-ranked firm in the best interest of the City. The City of Piqua, Ohio is seeking sealed proposals from a qualified firm or contractor for the installation of residential water meters. Proposals will be received by the City of Piqua, 201 West Water Street, Piqua, Ohio, until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened. CITY OF PIQUA OHIO - ROBINSON TO MAPLE ALLEY SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT #23-07 ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $406,000 The project generally consists of replacing sanitary main and laterals throughout an alley. Additional work in other locations consist of replacing manholes and installing new storm main. State Prevailing Wages may apply.
