The NERC Perimeter Protection Project includes the demolition of the existing perimeter retaining wall in the guest parking lot, demolition of the top course of asphalt of the guest parking lot, installation of a new top course of asphalt and the installation of a new retaining wall, sidewalk with bollards and landscaping. Inside the institution, the project also includes the construction of an outdoor volleyball/pickle ball court, hardscape for a therapy court between the existing Infirmary building and the Infirmary addition under construction, demolition of an existing walkway and construction of a replacement and new walkway.

Furnish and install 5" locking column to accommodate new system installation. Furnish and install new gate panels with welded wire non climb mesh. PLUSS Vs-A system complete with overhead beam, locking column, chain tube, motor box and gate panel with non-climb fabric. Remove and reinstall razor wire on top of overhead beams as required. Equip with maintenance brushes for bird control. Reuse the existing underground electrical wiring. Contract will include staff training for new fence operation.
