The project involves the extension of existing utilities through the construction of about 9,000 linear feet (16-inch diameter) water main from the intersection of US 42 S and Sawmill Parkway, along Sawmill Parkway. The project also incorporates the construction of about 10,000 linear feet (24-inch diameter) gravity sewer that starts at the Slack Rd pump station, then travels along the railway tracks, ending at the Olentangy school property.

Roof Improvements at the City of Delaware, Ohio Water Treatment Plant, including the installation of membrane roofing systems on the North, South, and Lower roof sections

The Project includes full depth pavement replacement on Potter Street and Flintwood Drive; partial depth pavement repairs plus 1.5-inch mill and fill on Fair Avenue, Oak Street, Parker Street, Hammond Street and Scottwood Court; sidewalk repairs; curb ramp replacements; curb & gutter repair; and pavement striping. This project is partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), and as such, is subjected to the Section 3 Clause from the Ohio Department of Development. This clause is in the Agreement as Exhibit B.

The furnishing of materials, equipment, and performing the labor for additions and renovations to the Delaware Fire Station No. 305 at 680 Sunbury Road Delaware, Ohio 43015 in accordance with the Project Manual, Specifications, and Drawings prepared by Mull & Weithman Architects, Inc., 4525 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43214, (614) 267-6960. This is a Single-Prime Project, with one contract to be awarded for all work. See the Notice to Bidders for information about obtaining the Bidding Documents (not being provided on Bid Express). Bids are to be submitted on Bid Express.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of curb ramps and sidewalk along US-36. This project will bring curb ramps into ADA compliance prior to ODOT’s paving of US-36 in 2025. A small contingency quantity is included for additional curb ramp repairs on other routes, as directed by the City. The add alternate includes addition of pedestrian push button foundations and conduit at Grand Circuit Boulevard and Houk Road. Add Alternate 1 will either be awarded initially with the contract or added by change order at the specified bid price after January 1, 2025. Notice to Proceed is expected around March 17, 2025. The contractor will have 60 days to complete the project after Notice to Proceed.
