04-22 2022 Pavement Maintenance Program
The work for this project will consist of the resurfacing of Glenn Parkway from 300’ south of Sycamore Lane to 360’ South of Ohio Health Boulevard, and Cheshire Road from 385’ west of Glenn Parkway to Tara Glen Drive.
The project has a time to Substantial Completion of 60 days. The owner will issue a Notice to Proceed after a grant agreement is issued by the Ohio Public Works Commission, which is expected to be issued on July 1, 2022.

05-22 Delaware Municipal Airport Apron A Expansion
The Project includes the expansion of Apron ‘A’ and 2.5-inch mill and overlay of existing Apron ‘A’ at the Delaware Municipal Airport. The allowable construction timeframes and times to Substantial Completion are as stated in the plans and Agreement, and are dependent on the Add Alternates awarded. The expected Notice to Proceed date is approximately June 6, 2022. Award and execution of a contract is contingent upon final confirmation of FAA and local funding, anticipated by May 12, 2022.

21-21 Point Project Fiber Optic Cable Conduit
Fiber optic cable conduit installation along US 36/SR 37 under Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge. Conduit/duct bank is being placed for future fiber optic cable installation. This contract only installs the conduit, not fiber optic cable. The Owner intends to issue a Notice to Proceed on or before February 21, 2022. The required date for Substantial Completion is April 7, 2022.

RFQ for 2022-2024 Engineering & Surveying Services
Request for Qualifications for engineering and surveying services during 2022-2024 period. The purpose of the RFQ is to prequalify multiple firms for consideration to provide services for several categories of projects as well as specific planned projects. During the three-year period of 2022-2024, only those firms who are prequalified as part of this process will be considered for providing services, unless the City elects to publish a separate RFQ or RFP for a major project (such as for an ODOT local-let project).

14-21 WWTP MAINTENANCE BUILDING ADDITION
The construction of a new maintenance facility that will be approximately 36’ X 40’ in dimensions. The facility will be located and constructed on City property, immediately adjacent and connected to the former pretreatment building (now retrofitted operations building). The project has an expected duration of about 6 months (We will work with the contractor in terms of start and finish dates, the project will however need to be completed by the end of 2022).
