13-23 2024 City of Delaware Custodial Services
The City of Delaware will be receiving bids until September 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time, for the 2024 City of Delaware Custodial Services Contract. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies will not be accepted.
This project consists of cleaning public facilities at four locations within the City from January 1, 2024 –December 31, 2024. The agreement may be extended for a total of two (2) additional one (1) year periods following the first year, upon written agreement of both the City and Vendor.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the Project will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. starting at Public Works 440 East William Street Delaware, Oh 43015. The meeting will continue to the other buildings being cleaned.

Improvements to the U.S. 36/Carson Farms Blvd./Valleyside Dr. intersection. The plan consists of installing a new traffic signal utilizing mast arm signal supports. The plan also includes the installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps at each corner of the intersection, along with shared use path and concrete walk.

05-23 Delaware Municipal Airport Apron A Expansion
The Project includes the expansion of Apron ‘A’ and 2.5-inch mill and overlay of existing Apron ‘A’ at the Delaware Municipal Airport. The allowable construction timeframes and times to Substantial Completion are as stated in the plans and Agreement and are dependent on the Add Alternates awarded. The expected Notice to Proceed date is approximately August 1, 2023.
