03-21 2021 Pavement Marking Maintenance Program
2021 Pavement Marking Maintenance Program will consist of the maintenance of various auxiliary pavement markings on specified streets within the City of Delaware.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 10:00 am. through the online Microsoft Teams platform (see Notice to Bidders for additional information).
Bids will be opened through the Bidding Website on March 26, 2021 at 8:00 am.

02-21 2021 RRFB Safety Project
This project consists of a complete pedestrian crossing push button activated warning system for the shared use path crossing the east leg of the E. Central Ave. & US 23 NB on-ramp intersection. The installation will utilize a single mast arm spanning over both eastbound and westbound lanes supporting supplemental signs and beacons.
The project will also include installation of pedestrian crossing pushbutton activated rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) at up to eight additional locations across the City.

04-21 Penick Avenue Extension Project
New two lane roadway to extend Penick Avenue approximately 680 ft. to the intersection of Cobblestone Drive and Rock Creek Drive. Project will include storm sewers, water main extension, raised median island, curb and gutter, sidewalk, street trees, street lighting, and other miscellaneous items. Connection will be made to a proposed school bus driveway being constructed by others at Schultz Elementary School. The Project has a Substantial Completion date of July 8, 2021 (which is expected to be 90 days after Notice to Proceed).

16-20 Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Grouting & CIPP Lining
Sanitary sewer improvements for West William St and Hayes Colony area. The scope of work includes the lining of existing sanitary sewer main with Cure in place pipe (CIPP) and mainline joint grouting. Sewer pipe preparation including light cleaning, cementitious grouting, trimming of protruding service laterals, and such other preparatory work as specified within the supplemental speciation of the contract. Also, lateral reinstatement, manhole rehabilitation, sewer videotaping and inspection, bypass pumping; and such other work as necessary to meet all contract requirements.
