Contract 1: 2nd Floor Repairs Work of the project consists of repairs to cracked or spalled concrete in parking garage by patching or epoxy injection, and traffic membrane repair or replacement as indicated on Project Bidding Documents. Pre-Bid Meeting: One Pre-bid meeting will take place on October 22, 2019 at 1:30 P.M., meet a (MKE) Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, Sijan Room located inside Gallery of Flight Museum at the North end of the main mall, 5300 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI. Bids Due: November 6, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. SPECIAL BID SUBMITTALS: Submit Special Bid Submittals included in instruction to Bidders with bid submission for Contract 1 work. Special Bid Submittals include certifications, training and qualifications in preparation and application of commercial traffic membrane applications and epoxy injection repairs specified to be eligible for award of Contract. Failure to submit above with bid or submission of incorrect information and/or documentation will be considered non-responsive and result in recommendation of rejection of bid.

Contract Description: Relocate 2 existing power racks from Concourse E to Concourse D. Provide new 400amp, 480V feeds to each rack. Provide new fuses and cabling to the existing rack mounted panels and disconnects. Pre-Bid Meeting: September 10, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the Administration Building Conference Room Hardie. Bids Due: Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

The work under this contract will consist of demolition and removal of four concrete block type structures including footings and floor. Removal of a concrete support pedestal. Minor pavement removal, grading, tree removal and landscaping is included. Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid will be held at the MKE Business Park on August 28, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. Meet at the Business Park entrance, 300 East College Avenue, Milwaukee, WI.

Contract 1: Roof Replacement Project consists of replacing existing Museum Dome and Atriums roof as indicated on Contract bidding documents. One MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will take place on July 17, 2019 at 7:00 A.M., meet at the Milwaukee Public Museum Lobby, 800 W. Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.

Contract 1: Parking Lot Paving Work consists of removing asphalt full depth in isolated locations, mill off 2 inches of asphalt surface, and restripe parking lot as indicated in project bid documents.
