McMorrow Playground Improvements Victory Road, Dorchester, MA Suffolk County The project consists of rehabilitating an existing park and playground including demolition of existing pavements, surfacing and playground equipment; construction of new concrete and bituminous concrete pavements; re-paving existing bituminous concrete pavements; installation of new playground equipment (supplied by the DCR), poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, fencing, and concrete edging; and installation of new benches, bicycle parking, trash receptacles, loam, new lawn, and new trees. The estimated project cost is $700,000.00 The work is to be accomplished within 150 calendar days of a notice to proceed. Laurel Lake Drainage Improvements Location: Erving State Forest, Erving, MA 01344 - Franklin County This project is to protect and improve water quality in Laurel Lake in Erving State Forest by improving the existing drainage conditions at the day-use area of the park.
