Downtown Streetscape - North Market

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until June 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Downtown Streetscape - North Market project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
This project will reconstruct two roadways and resurface one other roadway to support the development of the North Market Tower. Spruce Street and Wall Street will be reconstructed as paver roadways and sidewalks. Vine Street will be resurfaced. The improvements will also include curbs, paver and concrete sidewalks, street trees, and street lighting. The curb and sidewalk on the east side of Park Street will be replaced and curb extensions added adjacent to the existing North Market building and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

Bridge Rehabilitation - Front Street and Nationwide Boulevard over Railroad Tunnel

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until June 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Bridge Rehabilitation – Front Street and Nationwide Boulevard over Railroad Tunnel project. This project involves the rehabilitation of the Front Street and Nationwide Boulevard bridges over the railroad tunnel downtown. The Front Street bridge is approximately 200 feet south of Nationwide Boulevard and the Nationwide Boulevard bridge is approximately 200 feet east of Front Street. The project involves a major superstructure replacement for the bridge on Front Street which will include conversion of the bridge abutments to semi-integral, deck replacement, and approach slab replacements. Work for the bridge on Nationwide Boulevard includes expansion seal replacements and sidewalk resurfacing, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for Arterial Street Rehabilitation – Alum Creek Drive – Frebis to Refugee PID 85017 project, 530103-100042, the work for which consists of the improvement of 1.28 miles of Alum Creek Drive from Performance Way to Integrity Drive North. Improvements include the reconstruction and widening of the existing two lane road to a five lane road with a two-way center turn lane. ARTERIAL STREET REHABILITATION DUBLIN GRANVILLE ROAD REALIGNMENT
The City of Columbus (hereinafter “City”) is accepting bids for Arterial Street Rehabilitation - Dublin-Granville Road Realignment, C.I.P. No. 530103-100056, the work for this project consists of: creating a new Dublin-Granville Road corridor from a point along the existing corridor approximately 85’ east of Old Hamilton Road to N.
