The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office is requesting bids from vehicle dealerships for a 2017 Mid-Size Utility Vehicle in accordance with the attached specifications.

This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 49 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade lime stabilization, sub-grade cement stabilization, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. IN THE CADDO PARISH PUBLIC WORKS CONFERENCE ROOM, GOVERNMENT PLAZA, 505 TRAVIS STREET, 8TH FLOOR, SUITE 820, SHREVEPORT, LA. Sign-in will be between 9:30 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. The Meeting will be closed at 10:00 A.M. Persons arriving after the meeting starts will not be allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
