PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a 15 feet wide unreinforced concrete lane addition to Roy Road to accommodate a left turn lane to Northwood South Drive and a left turn lane to Northport Boulevard. Work includes, but is not limited to, drainage structures, concrete pavement, asphaltic concrete pavement, subgrade preparation, class II base course construction, excavation, embankment, and related work as described in the Contract Documents.

This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a pre-cast concrete slab span bridge including, but not limited to, asphaltic concrete pavement, subgrade preparation, class II base course construction, excavation, embankment, and related work as described in the Contract Documents. Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Owen Engineering, LLC, 900 Market St., Suite 201, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 upon receipt of $ 100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
