This RFP provides information on Caddo Parish and establishes the specifications and requirements for submitting a proposal. The general scope of the Project is as follows: The work includes a new automatic electronic domestic water metering and control system for detention plumbing fixtures along with associated piping, controls, and electrical modifications for the Caddo Parish Juvenile Justice Center. Alternate scope includes replacement of detention fixtures.

PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the removal and replacement of Linwood Avenue Bridge, Structure No. P0932212934601. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade treatment, asphalt concrete binder and wearing courses, pavement markings/striping, existing bridge and guardrail removal, construction of a 13 span slab bridge, guardrail, earthwork, grading, drainage and other work as described in the contract documents.

IFB 17-25 Retainage Wall at Caddo Community Action Agency (CCAA)
All improvements to the existing site as indicated on the drawings. This shall include the addition of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall, new storm drainage system, and other related improvements. Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: site clearing and demolition, earthwork and grading, temporary sheeting and shoring, underground storm drainage structures, reinforced concrete retaining wall, concrete drainage flume, chain-link fencing, turf establishment, and all other related items as required to provide the improvements shown on the drawings complete and in-place. The Work shall consist of furnishing materials, equipment, and tools; the performance of all necessary labor; and performance of all work appurtenant to the project.
