PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a six (6) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge and a (5) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge including, but not limited to, asphaltic concrete pavement, subgrade preparation, class II base course construction, excavation, embankment and related work as described in the Contract Documents. Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Owen Engineering, LLC, 900 Market St., Suite 201, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 upon receipt of $150.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.

PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of approximately 1,106 linear feet of LA Hwy 170 in northwest Caddo Parish. Work will include sub-grade cement treatment, crushed aggregate base installation, superpave asphaltic binder and wearing courses and cross-drain pipe with all associated earthwork, grading, drainage, and other work as described in the contract documents.

PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 42 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade lime stabilization, sub-grade cement stabilization, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents.

PROJECT NAME: Plumbing Fixture Renovation at Juvenile Justice Center PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Plumbing The general scope of the Project is as follows: The work includes a new automatic electronic domestic water metering and control system for detention plumbing fixtures along with associated piping, controls, and electrical modifications for the Caddo Parish Juvenile Justice Center. Alternate scope includes replacement of detention fixtures. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade treatment, asphalt concrete binder and wearing courses, pavement markings/striping, existing bridge and guardrail removal, construction of a 13 span slab bridge, guardrail, earthwork, grading, drainage and other work as described in the contract documents.
