PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a 120’ X 200’ compactor site including, but not limited to, asphaltic concrete paving, grading, drainage, utilities, compactor units, asphalt and crushed stone storage areas, fencing, electrical, and related work as described in the Contract Documents.
Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Owen Engineering, LLC, 900 Market St., Suite 201, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.

THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: Cleaning and refurbishing the existing exterior limestone walls above the second floor levels and/or as shown on the drawings and to seal the limestone. The windows and doors shall also be caulked and painted.
