19-08, 2019 Caddo Parish Road Treatment Program
PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 45 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade lime stabilization, sub-grade cement stabilization, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents.

19-07R, Hot Mix, Asphalt Concrete
Mixture: Asphaltic concrete shall meet the 2006 Section 502, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development standard for Superpave, Level A Incidental Paving with PG 64-22 Asphalt or Greater. The size of the aggregate must be no larger than ½” in size or diameter. This is critical in effecting smooth finish surface/texture during repairs.

PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a seven (7) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge on Keithville Springridge Road including, but not limited to, demolition and removal of debris, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, in-place cement stabilized base course construction, asphalt concrete paving, and related work as described in the Contract Documents.
Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Land & Aquatic Resource Management, LLC, 1702 East Texas St., Bossier City, Louisiana 71111 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
