The Parish of Caddo has various locations that require vegetation management of all weeds, grass, and brush within the limits of all the public rights-of-way of all highways in the Department of Public Works system and according to the attached road list. It is the intent of these bid specifications to obtain competitive bids from qualified vendors who are interested in providing vegetation management.
