22-02, Buncombe Road Bridge Replacement
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the
construction of a three (3) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge on Buncombe Road including, but not
limited to, demolition and removal of debris, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, in-place cement
stabilized base course construction, asphalt concrete paving, and related work as described in the Contract
Documents.
Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the
prime bidder at the office of Land & Aquatic Resource Management, LLC, 1702 East Texas St., Bossier City,
Louisiana 71111 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully
refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no
later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
