PROJECT NAME: HVAC Upgrade for Caddo Parish Health Unit
PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Mechanical
The general scope of the Project is as follows: The work includes removal of the existing water-cooled chillers, installation of new chiller, condenser water pumps, filtration system, piping modifications, and associated electrical systems.

RFP 23-06 Caddo Parish Courthouse Energy Performance Project
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals for design and implementation of energy improvements from qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCO) that produce savings in excess of project costs for a period of not more than 20 years at the Caddo Parish Courthouse in Shreveport, La. Projects undertaken will not only reduce energy and maintenance costs but contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases and provide conservation of water and fossil fuels in a method that is environmentally friendly.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a four (4) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge on Keatchie-Marshall Road including, but not limited to, demolition and removal of debris, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, in-place cement stabilized base course construction, asphalt concrete paving, and related work as described in the Contract Documents.
Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Land & Aquatic Resource Management, LLC, 1702 East Texas St., Bossier City, Louisiana 71111 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
