Aronoff Lab – Replace existing 70 ton chiller in ground floor mechanical room and remote condensing unit on roof. Replace existing chiller pump and provide new redundant chiller pump. Replace existing refrigerant monitoring system. Hagerty Hall – Replace two existing 220 Ton water cooled chillers located in the 5th floor penthouse. Replace refrigerant monitoring sensors and associated programming.

OSU Lima Campus: The project will include an interior alteration + renovate approximately 190 SF at the basement level to replace the fire pump, 845 SF of the first floor southeast and southwest vestibule storefront system, ceilings and exterior soffit metal panel replacement, 592 SF (3) third floor toilet rooms with new finishes and plumbing fixtures. (4) fourth floor combining both existing facility toilet rooms to create a family accessible toilet room with an adult changing table.

OSU Columbus Campus: Minor demolition, new partitions, mechanical and electrical modifications, new lighting, new ceiling, floor and wall finishes, and refurbishment of existing floors in Room 304 of Hayes Hall and Rooms 162, 262, and 358 of Hopkins Hall and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

OSU Columbus Campus: This project includes the partial renovation of the third floor of the Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute (JCSMI). The overall intent of the project is to create additional rehabilitation space for the facility through the relocation of an existing waiting room to the existing elevator lobby. Work includes but is not limited to the relocation of the existing wood and solid surface reception desk, selective demolition, new wall Construction, finishes, HVAC, Electrical, Technology and Fire Protection. Refer to the architectural drawings for the only approved OSU millwork vendor who is to be contracted to perform the relocation of the reception desk. Relocation work will be under this contract.
