OSU Lima Campus: The Project consists of the construction of 4,000 SF interior renovation of the existing theatre in Reed Hall (4276 Campus Drive- Lima, Ohio 45804). The renovation includes refinishing the existing ceiling and upgrades to lighting and mechanical systems

This project includes additions and renovations for the COTC Public Training Facility. Renovations include new classrooms, office and restrooms, HVAC replacement, exterior wall enhancements, new doors and windows and new finishes throughout. Additions include a new secure entry vestibule. New parking and landscaping are included as part of the sitework.

OSU Marion Campus: Project consists of one-for-one replacement of two gas-fired boiler units and associated equipment on the third floor of Morrill Hall, a classroom and administrative building, on the Marion campus of The Ohio State University.

The project includes removal of the existing ballasted EPDM lowslope roofs and replacement with new single-ply KEE roof membrane, and installation of fluid-applied roof coating at existing horizontal limestone surfaces and selected EPDM flashing membrane at the cooling tower parapet walls and flashings. flashings to remain. The project includes pavement mill & overlay to address deferred maintenance of shared parking lots and roadways throughout the college campus in Newark, Ohio.
