The masonry repairs include the replacement of the through-wall flashing at shelf angles/lintels, brick masonry replacement at isolated distress, installation of brick masonry infill at former air conditioning units, installation of through-wall anchors, sawcutting of existing and new brick masonry expansion joints, joint sealant abatement and installation, masonry cleaning and the application of a clear water repellent. The concrete repairs include removal of the existing membrane coating, concrete patching, and application of a new liquid applied roof membrane.
