BASE BID - Remove existing r-panel metal roofing and insulation. Contractor to properly dispose removed materials. Reinstall new insulation material with wire mesh on interior of building, new standing seam metal roofing, and gutters (where indicated on plans).
ALTERNATE NO. 1 - Install “Primary” metal tubing structure at the building entrance, primed and painted and associated foundations and concrete slab.
ALTERNATE NO. 2 - Install “Secondary” metal tubing structure at the secondary entrance, primed and painted and associated foundations and concrete slab.
