The project will consist of new pedestrian and cyclist paths construction in Expressway Park connecting the recently bid Greenway to two parking areas and other amenities in the park. Construction in addition to the pathway will include grading, drainage, miscellaneous concrete paving, sitework, parking lot striping, revegetation, and trailhead facilities including benches, accessible ramps and other miscellaneous site construction as detailed in the construction drawings & specifications.

Furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, and other facilities necessary for performing all work related to the removal of existing clay tile roofing, existing roofing felt, replacement of any rotted wood sheathing and fascia. The replacement of existing copper flashing, counter-flashing, gutters, and downspouts with new 16-oz copper as deemed necessary to constitute a complete job in every respect. In addition, any clay tile missing or damaged is to be replaced with tile to match existing color, style, thickness, grade, pattern, etc., to the best possible match with available tiles, the reinstallation of clay tile over new waterproof membrane, and the installation of new copper standing seam roofing over a portion of the existing roof.
