CP1119832-Beardshear Hall-Window Repairs-Phases 1 and 2-Phase 2
This project includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of existing wood windows and door frames at Beardshear Hall. All loose paint will be scraped off and any holes, splits, and damage to the existing wood frames will be patched and repaired to match existing shapes and sizes. The restoration includes professional repainting with premium exterior wood primer and paint. The existing original paint on the frames contains lead so all contractors working on this project will be required to adhere to the EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting rule, which requires Lead Safe Work Practices.

CP1251558-Parking Lots 2025-Pavement Preservation
This project includes, but is not limited to, reconstruction and utility improvements in Parking Lots 8, 16 and 36. Parking lot work will include concrete lot reconstruction, sidewalks, parking lot lighting, and site restoration. We will also work with Utilities to coordinate necessary steam tunnel repairs and replacement of a high voltage electric line in Lot 8 and a new watermain and services in Lot 36. Utilities will provide funding for these improvements after preliminary design and estimates are complete.

This project will remodel approximately 42,500 square feet of office and conference room space on the first and second levels of the Administrative Services Building, as well as replace furniture in more than half of the building. The scope of the remodel work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing pendant light fixtures, drywall partitions, doors, and transom windows, as well as the removal of the existing ceiling systems. New improvements include creating three additional offices, six team collaboration rooms, and a dedicated lactation room; updating finishes and furniture; and modifying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology MEPT systems as required.

CP1044573-Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center-Large Animal Ward 3-Expansion
This project will add 22,043 square feet of space to the existing facility. The project includes four building extensions and one free-standing structure. The additions are enhanced reproduction, critical care, horse rehabilitation, theriogenology, and a free-standing feeding and bedding facility. The new building will comprise of modest demolition of the existing wards and large animal hospital, as well as the construction of three expansions and infill between wards one and two, using materials and structures that are compatible with the current facilities. To support the additions, new services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, lighting, fire protection, telecommunications, and security will be implemented. The present hospital and wards will continue to operate during the construction period, and any disruptions to services, deliveries, and daily operations must be managed with the ISU construction manager and the College of Veterinary Medicine Staff.
