This project includes, but is not limited to replacing the ceiling mounted light fixture interiors and lamps on each of the seven (7) floors in the tiers within the I.S.U. Parks Library with new “LED retrofit kits” as detailed on the plan sheets. Light fixture and building wiring will also be replaced as indicated on the plan sheets.
ALTERNATE ONE BID: In lieu of LED retrofit kits, replace the ceiling mounted light fixtures (housing, interior and lamps) with new light fixtures as detailed on the plan sheets.
