This project will replace the existing traffic signals with new signals that meet current traffic control standards. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new signal poles, heads, controllers, countdown timers on the crosswalks, radar-based vehicle and bicycle detection, left turn flashing arrows, leading pedestrian interval phasing, ADA compliant crosswalk controls, and concrete patching in the intersection.

This project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of flooring and wall base, countertops, and an exterior door. Work also includes replacing wood trim at five windows and replacement of thirteen window units.

This project will remodel room 1056 in Black Engineering to remove obsolete equipment and install the air handler unit being removed from LeBaron Hall. The project includes, but is not limited to, new ductwork and electrical, a new exhaust fan, gas connections, a toxic gas cabinet, and refinishing the floor.

The McKee Indoor Tennis Complex will become available with the relocation of the Tennis program to a new location. Through renovation, this space will meet the needs of the Volleyball program with two practice courts, locker room, coaches and staff offices, team room, and training room. The project will relocate the building entrance from the northwest corner of the building to the west side. The mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and wayfinding will be upgraded to meet the needs of the new occupants.

This project includes, but is not limited to, remodeling the exterior front entry railings, door and frame, side windows, and threshold. Also included is the interior remodeling of the wood trim, doors, flooring and windows, and painting the common spaces throughout the home.
