This project will remodel the existing studio space. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing a window from the vestibule wall and installing it in the control room wall; cutting an opening in the vestibule wall for a new window; cutting a large view window into the interior vestibule wood door; and painting all walls, door and window frames. This project also includes numerous lighting additions and upgrades, as well as a large amount of AV equipment.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the remodeling of rooms 2242 and 2280 of the Hixson-Lied Student Success Center to accommodate the relocation of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) testing center. Work includes demolition of interior space including existing casework, chair rails, doors, flooring, and wall base. New work includes patching and repairing walls, new paint, doors, lockers, security cameras, testing station furniture, and mechanical and electrical work to support the remodel. New office furniture for the staff is also included.

CP943347-Scheman Building-Renovation
The project will renovate portions of the ground floor main entrances, entry lobby, and restrooms and the first floor event and circulation spaces, and restrooms. The existing Benton Auditorium will be remodeled into a flexible event space with stage and seating areas. The project will also provide new food and beverage amenities and improvements to wayfinding and signage to improve the guest experience.
The project will also upgrade existing mechanical and electrical systems to meet exiting codes and the requirements of the renovated spaces.
No existing occupants will be relocated during construction or after the project is completed.

This project will remodel an existing research lab space to accommodate the needs and usage of Chemical and Biological Engineering and to make space for the new Biomedical Engineering major program. This project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing wall-mounted items, patching and repairing of walls, new flooring, a new water line, compressed air, and reconfiguring power to accommodate new lab usage.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing single dehumidification unit with two new dehumidification units to provide a 100% redundant system. Dehumidifiers will be racked on the floor in a similar arrangement to the condensing units on the third floor.

CP1119832-Beardshear Hall-Window Repairs-Phase 1
This project includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of existing wood windows and door frames at Beardshear Hall. All loose paint will be scraped off and any holes, splits, and damage to the existing wood frames will be patched and repaired to match existing shapes and sizes. The restoration includes professional repainting with premium exterior wood primer and paint. The existing original paint on the frames contains lead so all contractors working on this project will be required to adhere to the EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting rule, which requires Lead Safe Work Practices.

CP1197515-Farm House-Roof Replacement
This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing cedar shake shingles and ridge vent, painting the wood soffits and fascia, new gutters, flashing at the chimney, wood trim replacement at the dormer, and restoring wood trim and accent railings and both the North, West, and South porches, all in compliance with historical preservation practices and methods. Work will include lead abatement and architectural work.

CP1000679-Friley Residence Hall-Courtyard Roof-Improvements
The Friley Residence Hall courtyard is both an outdoor seating area and a structural roof over food service and dining areas below the courtyard. The courtyard consists of a concrete deck, which is now deteriorated. This project includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the deck and installing a new protective waterproof membrane. A new pedestal-mounted paver system will be installed over the membrane to provide a courtyard walking surface.

CP1123016-Oak-Elm Residence Hall-First Floor Elm-Remodel
This project includes, but is not limited, to the remodeling of existing bathrooms and an adjacent, vacant, resident assistant suite into an enlarged shared resident bathroom and a single-stall public bathroom. Also included is the redesign of an exterior entrance vestibule to create hallway space to provide integration of student housing areas. Two vacant resident rooms and corridors will also be remodeled to match standard modern dorm room finishes. Mechanical, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing upgrades will be made to accommodate all remodeled spaces.
