Also included is repair of selected areas of the clay tile roof and tuckpointing the stone masonry surrounds at three (3) entrances. Work includes bidding the project and construction administration.

Seerley Hall Gutter and Clay Tile Roof Repairs
This project will include demolition and disposal of existing membrane gutter lining and accessories, repair/replacement of any degraded underlayment and blocking and installation of new membrane gutter liner, terminations and sheet metal drip edge. Additional work includes selective replacement of damaged clay roof tiles.
