Seerley Hall Gutter and Clay Tile Roof Repairs
This project will include demolition and disposal of existing membrane gutter lining and accessories, repair/replacement of any degraded underlayment and blocking and installation of new membrane gutter liner, terminations and sheet metal drip edge. Additional work includes selective replacement of damaged clay roof tiles.

West Gym Demolition
The complete deconstruction, demolition, and removal of the West Gymnasium facility from the UNI campus. Multiple site utilities will be affected, including a steam utility tunnel, and will be partially modified and removed. Utilities will be restored to support adjacent campus facilities. Site will be cleaned of all building materials, cleared, finish graded, and sodded for possible future building site.
