Tower Center and Redeker Center Mailroom Renovation
To better respond to the myriad of delivery services that are available to students and staff, parcel delivery lockers are being added to Redeker and the Towers student centers. In Redeker, space is captured from an existing open office area and adjacent student lounge. In Towers, an existing conference area is being re-purposed. Both configurations allow for package delivery at various times while the buildings are open.

Lang Hall Gutter Repairs
Project includes the removal and replacement of existing gutter liner with a new EPDM gutter liner and associated sheet metal flashings as well as minor tie-in with adjacent EPDM roof membrane. Removal and reinstallation of electric heat tape will be required to accomplish this work. Project also includes the cleaning of efflorescence from approximately 50 SF of existing brick.

Bender Hall Exterior Envelope Repairs
The project includes full roof replacement, full roof replacement of the skywalk link, application of a water repellant onto the precast concrete wall panels and exterior joint sealant replacement at the precast concrete wall panels.

UNI-Dome Modernization Phase 2.1
The Phase 2.1 of this project includes new general and premium seating throughout the Dome, in addition to new Suites. Total seating count will approximately be about 12,000 seats. Aisles will be widened with handrails, and seats will be wider. Seating counts and accessibility will be in compliance with ADA. There will be structural, architectural and some infrastructure design in the premium seating areas. This phase will also include an elevator on the west side of the Dome.

ITC Modernization-Parking Lot
This project will remove and replace all the concrete parking surface of Lot 403. Adjacent Sidewalks will be replaced and alignments improved to the AEB
and tunnel access. There will be several overgrown tree removals with new plant material, amended soils and mulch installed to enhance the site. Site electrical, Site utilities and Stormwater engineering will be part of the project.

Campanile Site Renovation
Renovation of the plaza around the Campanile, sidewalk alignments, removal and installation of plantings, seating, site lighting, and amenities. Donor signage is included. Bid alternates include an irrigation system, Donor bell structure and LED light fixture upgrades.
