Curris Business Building Roof Replacement
The project consists of but is not limited to: As indicated on the project drawings; remove existing EPDM membrane, remove existing insulation (if applicable), mechanically attach new insulation at metal deck areas or adhere new insulation at concrete deck areas, adhere new coverboard and install new adhered Fleecebacked KEE membrane. Additional work to include the removal of the three metal roof structures.

Bender Hall Sanitary Sewer Stack Replacement
The project consists of but is not limited to: Replace cast-iron sanitary waste stack and horizontal runouts serving toilets, urinals, and floor drains for twelve story Bender Residence Hall. New piping shall be case iron pipe. Existing sanitary vent stack and portions of horizontal branches shall remain.

Strayer-Wood Theatre Roof Replacement and Exterior Repairs
The project consists of but is not limited to: The replacement of Roof Areas #1, 2, and 3. As indicated on the project drawings; remove existing EPDM membrane, remove existing insulation (if applicable), mechanically attach new insulation at metal deck areas or adhere new insulation at concrete deck areas, adhere new coverboard and install new adhered Fleecebacked KEE membrane. Additional work to include the installation of new thru-wall flashings at Roof Area #3, the replacement of sealant joints at the upper tower and modifications to the exterior ladder to Roof Area #1.

Industrial Technology Center Modernization-South Campus Street Improvements
The project consists of but is not limited to: roadway improvements on Campus Street from Jennings Drive to approximately 200’ south of University Avenue. The roadway improvements associated with the project generally include removal of the existing roadway pavement, excavation to place and compact a new granular base and reconstruct the PCC pavement, reconstruction of adjacent sidewalk ADA ramps, parking lot entrances and driveways, and replacement of impacted storm sewer infrastructure. The project will also involve construction of a temporary access for campus parking, replacement and reinstallation of street signs, painted pavement markings on the new pavement surface, and adjustment of fixtures within the grading and paving limits.

Jennings Court Interior Improvements Phase 3
The project consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of interior finishes within several apartment units in the Jennings Court Complex. The replacement includes new flooring, paint, lighting, doors, hardware, casework, plumbing, and other miscellaneous items.

Human Performance Complex Envelope Repairs and Tunnel Roof Replacement
The project consists of but is not limited to: Replace the existing tunnel roof on the east side of the Human Performance Complex that connects the Wellness Recreation Center and the UNI-Dome. Project scope also includes the replacement of the building expansion joint, aluminum storefront entrances, window flashings, gutter and downspouts, and sidewalk, as well as miscellaneous associated interior work. At the west facade of the HPC, window flashings and air barrier membrane will be replaced to repair water infiltration issues.

Curris Business Building Dry Cooler Replacement
The project consists of but is not limited to: replacing the existing dry cooler system on the roof to include the dry cooler, pump package, expansion tank, and piping. A new dry cooler, pump package, expansion tank, valves, and piping will be installed. New insulation with jacketing will be included. Electrical work includes demolition of existing power distribution to old equipment and installing new power to equipment. Dry cooler control wiring removal and replacement shall be included.

Trailside Apartments Envelope Improvements
General Contractor’s Scope of Work includes replacement of exterior building siding, windows, and patio doors at ten apartment buildings. Also included is the replacement of the central corridor exterior doors with glass sidelights. New steel doors with hollow metal frame glass sidelights to include access control door hardware.
