Steam Distribution System Tunnel T-2 Piping Repairs
Miscellaneous steam distribution system piping repairs in utility Tunnel T-2. Repairs include removal, replacement, installation, and relocation of expansion joints and isolation valves, installation and modifications to pipe anchors, guides, and support structures. Remove and replace pipe insulation and jacketing as required. This project also includes the repair and replacement of one (1) existing pipe anchor located approximately at Station 3+25 in Tunnel T-2F.

Campbell Hall Demolition
The project consists of but is not limited to the complete deconstruction, demolition, and removal of the Campbell Hall facility from the UNI campus. Multiple site utilities will be affected, including sanitary and storm sewers. Utilities will be restored to support site drainage and adjacent campus facilities. Site will be cleaned of all building materials, cleared, finish graded, and sodded for possible future building site.

McCollum Science Hall Renovation Rooms 173 and 176
The project consists of minor renovations of two existing laboratories. The work includes the removal of existing laboratory workstations and laboratory casework. Minor ceiling and bulkhead demolition along with the removal of existing floor coatings. New work includes installation of new laboratory casework and professor workstations. Modifications to existing laboratory casework, ceiling patching, and floor finishing. Plumbing and electrical work includes minor demolition of existing plumbing system at the demolished workstations and the installation of new floor drains and boxes as shown on the contract documents.

Maucker Union Rooms 011 and 027 Renovation
Selective demolition and reconfiguration of two areas in Maucker Union.
The first area (011) involves selective demolition of partitions, ceilings, finishes, casework and related mechanical and electrical systems. New work includes installation of painted drywall walls (steel stud), new doors, ACT ceiling, carpet tile, and extension and revision of mechanical, electrical, data and fire protection systems to support the new offices. The Student Services counter will be relocated to the circulation area and will include new drywall partitions, casework, solid surface countertops and electrical and data to support function of the space. Power and data for a furniture-based desk system will be via floor box cut into existing concrete waffle slab floor.
The second area (027) involves select demolition of built-in casework, acoustic tile ceilings, carpet tile flooring and mechanical, electrical and data systems. New work includes installation of full height drywall and steel stud partitions to create three new areas (Panther Pantry, Student Government, and Storage). Panther Pantry area will receive LVP flooring, Student Government will receive carpet tile, and storage area will have adhesives from existing tile removed to leave sealed concrete flooring. Panther Pantry and Student Government areas to receive new ACT ceilings. Mechanical, electrical, fire protection and data systems to be revised to accommodate new space functions. Minor plumbing
work includes capping abandoned washing machine drain and the addition of a bottle filler to existing water cooler.

Rod Library Exterior Envelope Repairs
This project will complete several exterior envelope repairs to the Rod Library. Work to done includes patching and repair of the existing roof membrane, replacement of insulated glass units at the south pavilion, wet sealing at the exterior curtainwall glazing, replacing sealant at exterior curtainwalls, cleaning building exterior, repairing brick and mortar at selected locations and repainting selected exposed structural steel.
