Gilchrist Hall Roof Replacement

West Gym Demolition
The complete deconstruction, demolition, and removal of the West Gymnasium facility from the UNI campus. Multiple site utilities will be affected, including a steam utility tunnel, and will be partially modified and removed. Utilities will be restored to support adjacent campus facilities. Site will be cleaned of all building materials, cleared, finish graded, and sodded for possible future building site.

Hagemann Corridor and Lounge Carpet and Paint - Hazardous Material Abatement
Providing asbestos testing and bid documentation for abatement in selected areas of Hagemann Hall. The areas planned for abatement are floors 1-4 in the corridors and student lounges and the basement floor in the student lounge. Competitive bidding of the work and then a construction phase is included in this project.

Removal and replacement of existing EPDM roof and insulation with new fully adhered KEE roof and insulation system. Removal and replacement of flashings, copings, and accessories as required to accommodate full roof replacement. Addition of roof mounted access stairs and guardrail system.
