Power Plant Metal Roof Coating

Nielsen Field House Roof Replacement Phase 2

Innovative Teaching and Technology Center Renovation for Nursing, Phase 1B (General Construction)
The University of Northern Iowa has crafted a vision for a new Nursing program to start in the Fall of 2024. The program will facilitate experimental learning opportunities for students to learn and train in. This includes hybrid laboratories that facilitate didactic and small group learning as well as immersive practice-based learning. Flexible simulation environments allow for a diversity of high-fidelity scenarios leading to increase outcomes by students. Storage and support spaces allow for these spaces to perform and function seamlessly. Flat-floor active learning environments support the didactic and small group learning curriculum and allow for flexibility depending on the courses being delivered.

Wellness Recreation Center Roof Replacement Phase 1 - Wall and Track Vapor Barrier Repairs
This project is intended to address moisture issues at the uninsulated exterior precast walls. The existing furred out wall at the exterior precast which is located above the existing windows within the recreation pool area and the competition pool, is to be removed and replaced with closed-cell spray foam insulation. This will act as both an insulator and a vapor retarder. There is also an existing track, which is surrounded on three sides by the existing pool area. The existing vapor retarder at this track is addressed as well to ensure proper sealing of the space.

Human Performance Center Cedar Valley Medical Office Renovation
This project remodels approximately 800 SF of area once occupied by an MRUI suite. The renovated space adds two exam/procedure rooms, an office, two work areas and a flexible work/exam room.
