Contract Description: The work consists of minor demolition and remodeling of approximately 4900 square feet of the warehouse space within an existing Building of Milwaukee County Department of Transportation. Work includes minor demolition and removal of selected interior architectural elements at the portion of this phase of work; rough and finish carpentry, sealants, door, door frames, hardware, steel stud and gypsum board wall systems, interior finishes (painting, tiling, carpet, resilient base and accessories, suspended ceiling tile and grid systems), toilet accessories, fire protection equipment and systems, communications and door access control, adjustments to Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting: May 17, 2023 9-11am CDT

Replace existing outside AHU's with 80-ton pre-packaged Air Cooled Chiller with buffer tank and pumps utilizing two independent cooling circuits. Test and Seal leaks in the interior AHU and replace fan array with new variable speed fans and and Chilled water, Hot water and Reheat coils with new chilled water and Hot water piping and provide a new BAS system to control AHU. Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 1:30pm

This project includes installing new synthetic greens at Zablocki golf course. The new synthetic greens once installed will significantly reduce the operation and maintenance costs at Zablocki golf course. Pre-Bid Meeting April 6th at 11am.

Work of the Project includes removing existing concrete pavement, re-grading, and providing new concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer, and chain link fence replacement as indicated in the project Bid documents. Substantial Completion Date: October 27, 2023
