The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract.
The project consists of the removal of existing pavement markings and construction of new pavement markings for the following streets at various locations in the City of Lake Charles:
1. Southpark Road (McNeese Street to Smith Road)
2. 6th Avenue (12th Street to Broad Street)
3. Hodges Street (Alamo Street to Belden Street)
4. Bilbo Street (S. Railroad Avenue to Clarence Street)
5. Lake Street (Shell Beach Drive to Prien Lake Road)
6. Opelousas Street (Enterprise Boulevard to Highway 171)
7. Fitzenreiter Road (Riverside Park to Highway 171)
8. North Goos Boulevard (Knapp Street to Opelousas Street)
9. Medora Street (Simmons Street to Highway 171)
10. Shattuck Street (Broad Street to Moeling Street)
11. 18th Street (Lake Street to Ryan Street)

Riverside Park Shoreline
Protection – Phase One
The general scope of work for this project includes the restoration and protection of approximately 250 linear feet of shoreline near the entrance of Riverside Park. This restorative work includes placement of stone revetment to rebuild the riverbank, repair/replacement of existing decorative black fence compromised from erosion, and installation of approximately 100 linear feet of steel sheet pile for bank protection near the gate entrance.
