City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Project No. 2024-742 Capital Project No. 3259 Mount Talbot Street Drainage Outfall Improvement The general scope of work for this project includes the installation of reinforced concrete pipe with drainage boxes in the existing open channel that currently serves as the outfall for Mount Talbot Street. This existing outfall channel is located on the East side of Lot 25 o the Bush Gardens Subdivision and abuts the West side of O.D. Johnson Ball Field.

CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA CHENNAULT AFB 12” WATER LOOP CAPITAL PROJECT NUMBER 3350 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the Chennault AFB 12” Water Line Extension project. The Work includes but is not limited to the construction and installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 12-inch and 14-inch waterline as required to reinstate service to multiple arteries within the Chennault AFB property that were previously severed. The intent being to reinstate potable water service, primarily fire flow capacity, to better serve the immediate community.

Mary Belle Williams Park Renovations Lake Charles City Project No. LCR405 1. New Play Structure - The new structure theme provided will be a Jet Fighter aircraft. These elements will align with a Western Town theme. 2. Pine Mulch Play Surfacing with Segmented PVC Border - This approach is consistent with the most economical surface options and is included within the Base Bid. 3. Rubberized Play Surface - The placement of a concrete slab with curbs and poured rubberized play surface with 3" padding is included in the bid package as additive Alternate #1. 4. Perimeter Sidewalk- The placement of a 5' wide concrete sidewalk about the perimeter of the pay area is included in the bid package as additive Alternate #2.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana 2022 Drainage Infrastructure Improvements – Package No. 2 Phase I CP 3434 This project involves the repair or replacement of collapsed, blocked, or otherwise failed sections of existing storm sewer on Broad Street between Lakeshore Drive and Enterprise Boulevard in downtown Lake Charles. This work shall be performed by utilizing various methods, including point repairs, cured in place pipe lining (CIPP), pipe bursting methods and related work. The disturbed surface areas shall be restored to meet or exceed present conditions prior to the commencement of construction activities.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana North Beach Restroom Replacement PR 0002 This scope of work involves replacement of the two storm damaged restroom buildings located at north beach. The design shall include new plumbing piping set in a new concrete foundation. New construction concept shall consist of a new design layout which shall be on a new fill and foundation which will raise the finished floor to code required elevations. The new building shall be built on a new concrete slab and finish to be determined in final design to limit building maintenance, slip resistance and all other code compliance. Walls shall be masonry with galvanized structural steel framing, metal decking and standing seam metal roofing. Each restroom shall have code required plumbing fixtures rated for vandal resistance and the building shall also meet all ADA codes and requirements. Outdoor showers shall also be incorporated into the design. The structure shall also have security doors/gates to lock down the units when the park/beach is closed to the public.
