CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LA SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work includes the installation of new 12” diameter waterline along the north side of Ham Reid Road between Elliot Road and Big Lake Highway (LA 384). The scope also includes the relocation of the existing 12” diameter water line at the intersection of La 384 and Graywood Parkway in anticipation of a new round-a-bout at this location.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Lock Park Inclusive Playground LCR 401 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the LCR 401 Lock Park Inclusive Playground. The Work includes, but is not limited to: PROJECT SUMMARY: • The scope of work that is considered base bid includes: o Necessary earthwork, grading, tree protection, and utility adjustments to accommodate the proposed playground and parking; o Demolition of the two (2) stall concrete parking lot off 6th Street, the central pedestrian promenade connecting 6th Street to 7th Street, select removal of concrete paths to accommodate drainage and curb ramps, and the removal of select trees; o Installation of vehicular rated concrete paving for a parking lot and entry drive, custom playground components, poured-in-place safety surfacing on a gravel and concrete base, engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, two (2) pre-engineered shade structures, concrete curbs and pedestrian paths, subsurface drainage, site lighting, playground fencing, planting, and an irrigation system. • The scope of work that is considered alternates includes: o Alternate No. 1: Add vehicular rated paving and curbs east of proposed drive aisle. o Alternate No. 2: Add planting and irrigation in parking islands and in front of pavilion.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Sallier Street Reconstruction LR0002 M.A. Project No. B6-17080-DA SCOPE OF WORK: The project scope of work for Sallier Street Reconstruction consists of the following brief summary: • Base Bid - Riverside Drive to Lake Street o Rehabilitation of an existing two-lane concrete roadway with a three-lane concrete roadway. The expansion of the roadway section is in response to LADOTD's extension of Nelson Road Extension and Bridge (Contraband Bayou Bridge), the large quantity of undeveloped property along Sallier Street and the volume of existing and projected traffic detailed under numerous traffic studies. The project scope will address major improvements in drainage, sanitary sewer and water services due to their required relocation. The Port of Lake Charles under a separate contract relocated the existing rail to the north side of Sallier Street in support of the LADOTD Nelson Road Extension and Bridge with ends at Riverside Drive. • Alternate No. 1 - Riverside Cul-De-Sac o The construction of a cul-de-sac at the southern end of Riverside Drive which was required to be dead ended as a result of the LADOTD Nelson Road Extension and Bridge (Contraband Bayou Bridge) project. • Alternate No. 2 - Riverside Drive and Lake Street Drainage Improvements o The installation of drainage improvements along Riverside Drive and Lake Street is a result of supporting the drainage infrastructure under the Sallier Street Base Bid scope of work. Riverside Drive drainage infrastructure serves as the drainage outfall for the western Sallier Street subsurface drainage infrastructure. The widening and resulting drainage improvements along Lake Street are a result of the Lake/Sallier interchange improvements to facilitate projected traffic counts through the interchange. • Alternate No. 3 - Walnut Grove Improvements o The rehabilitation of Depot Alley includes construction of a new interchange with Sallier Street and parking improvements within the Depot Alley right of way between W. Walnut Street and Jabez Drive.

Project No. 2023-726 Capital Project No. 3019 Sale Road Bridge Repair City of Lake Charles, LA The general scope of work for this project is the repair of the Sale Road bridge over Lateral L-2A of Contraband Bayou. This bridge exhibited various defects shortly after it was constructed in 2014. These defects included road pavement settlement, broken tie-rods, drainage pipe/box failures, etc. This project’s repair scope includes: • Construction of a new concrete deadman tie-rod anchor assembly to restore support to the sheet pile wall; • Replace failed drainage concrete pipe and boxes; • Removal and replacement of reinforced concrete pavement; • The associated traffic management, including detour signage.

Scope of Services: Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the Southwest Water Treatment Plant – Back-Up Power Improvements project. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Removal and Replacement of the Existing Stand-By Generator with Two (2) Parallel 600kW Stand-By Diesel Generators complete with 2,500A, 480VAC, 3PH Paralleling Switchgear. • Removal and Disposal of the Existing Manual Transfer Switch and Replacement with 2,500A, 480VAC Delayed Transition Automatic Transfer Switch. • Installation of Low Voltage Panelboard for Supply to Generator Appurtenances. • Interconnections to Owner’s SCADA for Generator Monitoring. • Miscellaneous Civil and Electrical Work as Required to Complete the Work.
