The building will be a metal building with concrete block infill. The project will be complete with concrete drives and security fencing. Capital Project No. CP3176 LEI Project No. 13-023 East McNeese Utility Extension City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract. This project generally consists of extending the existing 16″ PVC water line and 24″ PVC gravity waste water line on East McNeese Street to the east approximately 2,143 linear feet and 1,836 linear feet respectively. The project will include the following items of work: 1. Clearing and grubbing; 2. Construction of a new water line and gravity waste water lines and appurtenances; 3. Removal and construction of permanent fencing; 4. Site grading and hydroseeding; 5. Pressure and leak testing of new waste water facilities and water lines and disinfection and Health Department water testing of the new water line.

Project No. 2013-622, Capital Project No. 2894 PIPE BURSTING – 9TH STREET FROM 2ND AVENUE TO 4TH AVENUE; 5TH STREET FROM 2ND AVENUE TO 3RD AVENUE; VARNEY CIRCLE FROM I-210 EAST TO BUNKER ROAD; AND ILLINOIS STREET FROM LOUISIANA AVENUE, EAST CITY OF LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA SCOPE OF WORK The general scope of work for Project No. 2013-622 includes pipe bursting the existing 8” or 15” sewer lines and reconnecting the existing sewer services, installation of new precast concrete manholes, and installation of protective manhole interior liners. The sewer main North of Varney Circle shall be up-sized to 16 inches.
