Renovation of three operating room suites. Upgrades include wall finishes, replacing existing ceramic tile with full height wall protection, and electrical work. New ceiling hung medical booms are planned to replace the existing including medical gases, electrical and structural work. New AV pathways will be provided for new equipment. Sprinkler and fire alarm work will be required for renovation work. Provide CO2 in ORs and tie into existing manifold in Rhodes/Doan Hall.

Installation of lay-in ceiling system and lights.

The Work includes the completion of shelled spaces on the 10th and 12th floors of the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. The total area of the project includes approximately 24,500 square feet on the 10th Floor, and 54,000 square feet on the 12th Floor. This project will be registered with USGBC for a minimum Silver LEED certification. The Work includes, but is not limited to interior architecture, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems.

OSU Columbus Campus: Bid Package #3 includes a transit hub and pedestrian corridor improvements. This package includes roadways, sidewalks and curbs.

The base bid project consists of the abatement and demolition of six (6) complexes, construction of a new road between Fred Taylor Drive and Olentangy River Road complete with installation of the entire storm water infrastructure as shown on the project plans and documents. The project is located in the heart of the Athletic Campus, near the Woody Hayes Athletic Center and the varsity Tennis Center. The project shall intend to service the necessary traffic and storm infrastructure required for future development and renovation of existing buildings in the area. The storm infrastructure is vital to the project and shall be installed in its entirety including areas shown in phase I and phase II. Phase II work includes abatement and demolition of six (3) complexes and completion of the construction of the new road in Phase I.
