Renovation of existing Endoscopy Reprocessing Room to include replacement of existing pass throughs and scope cabinets, new equipment and sinks, new casework and finish upgrades. Wall modifications to the existing reprocessing Room and adjacent procedure rooms will be required. Modifications to multiple adjacent rooms adjacent to the Lab will be required to enable the renovation of the main endoscopy lab. The project will be constructed in multiple phases with an emphasis on sequence of events closely coordinated with hospital operation.

OSU Main Campus: Work includes renovation to the Agriculture Administration Building and to Howlett Hall. Work within the Agriculture Admin Building can be characterized best as “office” and work within Howlett can be characterized as “lab”.

Elevator Modernization and related architectural and MEP scopes of work for a total of 8 elevators in 6 buildings on OSU’s Main Campus: Newton Hall Journalism Building 33 W. 11th Ave. Enarson Hall Arps Hall Drinko Hall

OSU Mansfield Campus: The work consists of the renovation of approximately 7000 square feet of teaching lab, lab prep, lab storage, research lab and lounge areas in the second floor of Conard Hall.

Bid Package No.2 Replacement, refurbishment or new fabrication and installation of building identification free-standing signs, wall-mounted and vinyl-applied signs. Signs vary in scale, type and composition. Refer to Sign Types in Contract Documents. Restoration of landscaping elements surrounding new, replacement or refurbished signs including, but not limited to pavers, asphalt, mulch beds and grass. Demolition and proper disposal of signs, posts and concrete bases. If sign is not replaced, fill holes left by base removal and patch according to surrounding landscape
