OSU Columbus Campus: Masonry wall repairs and low-slope roof replacement for Arps Hall.

This project entails the addition of a new dedicated medical gas storage enclosure at the facility to safely house increased medical oxygen cylinder capacity in compliance with NFPA 99 standards, featuring secure noncombustible construction, proper ventilation, cylinder restraints, and required safety signage. The scope includes installation of additional medical oxygen drops in targeted patient care areas via new copper piping, zone valves, and alarm integrations, along with the strategic relocation of existing medical gas equipment to optimize accessibility, maintenance, and system redundancy. All work will involve phased implementation to minimize disruptions, full system purging, pressure testing, third party certification, and verification to ensure code-compliant, safe, and reliable medical gas delivery supporting current operations and future facility expansion.

Work includes roof replacements on Agriculture Administration or “Ag Admin”, located at The Ohio State University Columbus Campus in Columbus, Ohio
