Bid Package No. 1 – BUCK HOIST PACKAGE The complete scope of Work for Bid Package No. 1 shall include the erection, operation, and subsequent dismantling and removal or the Man/Material Hoist System and associated roof scaffolding system. This project will move medical gas booms and fully integrate with equipment and medical gas booms including new surgical lights and technology.

This project will construct a clock tower in the North Residential district of main campus. The clock tower façade will mainly be brick and stone work. The work within the contract will include masonry, steel support, glazing, roofing, mechanical and electrical.
