This project will renovate existing space to provide increased fresh air and exhaust per 797 guidelines. Additional scope includes new finishes, casework and security/hardware functions.

Demolition of up to five (05) buildings noted as KRC A, B, C, D, and E located at The Ohio State University Campus in Columbus, Ohio. Work includes abatement; complete removal of all foundations, footings, etc.; proper back-fill and compaction; adjustments to site lighting and site utilities; site grading and repair.

This is a continuation of the project approved in the 2007-2008 Capital Plan Process. The first phase is complete. The second phase will perform design and construction for storm sewer separation around Drinko Hall, Paterson Hall, Siebert Hall, Morrison Hall, Canfield Hall, Mack Hall, Oxley Hall, and Bradley Hall and on 11th Avenue between High Street and Neil Avenue. Streetscape improvements of 11th Avenue are included. The work will be done at the buildings and the immediate area around the buildings. Some roadway disruption is expected. The project will prevent flooding in the student areas around the dorms on 11th Avenue.

This project will relocate the district shop from the building to enable the Pomerene/Oxley renovation project. The shop will be relocated to the basement of Aronoff and the first floor of the Biological Sciences Building.

This project will upgrade restrooms on the 1st floor of McCracken and the adjacent break room into two restrooms and a new break room.
