The scope includes installation of additional medical oxygen drops in targeted patient care areas via new copper piping, zone valves, and alarm integrations, along with the strategic relocation of existing medical gas equipment to optimize accessibility, maintenance, and system redundancy. All work will involve phased implementation to minimize disruptions, full system purging, pressure testing, third party certification, and verification to ensure code-compliant, safe, and reliable medical gas delivery supporting current operations and future facility expansion.

OSU-081056 South Campus Sewer Separation and Site Improvements
This is a continuation of the project approved in the 2007-2008 Capital Plan Process. The first phase is complete.
The second phase will perform design and construction for storm sewer separation around Drinko Hall, Paterson Hall, Siebert Hall, Morrison Hall, Canfield Hall, Mack Hall, Oxley Hall, and Bradley Hall and on 11th Avenue between High Street and Neil Avenue. Streetscape improvements of 11th Avenue are included. The work will be done at the buildings and the immediate area around the buildings. Some roadway disruption is expected. The project will prevent flooding in the student areas around the dorms on 11th Avenue.
