Amendment 1 of Solicitation RFP 6612 SPSP Fire System Upgrade removes the highlighted section below from the Technical Specifications.
13902.2.4.7 Manual pull stations. Manual pull stations (manual fire alarm boxes) shall be listed double action type with dual action releasing lever to minimize accidental operation. Break glass type manual pulls shall not be used. “All manual pulls shall be red, key locked, and keyed the same as the door on the local fire alarm control panel.”

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. The meeting will take place at GRDA’s Salina Pump Back Location 620 S. 4437 Road Salina, Okla. 74367. Vendors must attend this meeting in order to bid on the project. All parties must sign in at the Pre Bid meeting.
Bids are due by 26 March 2025 by 2:00 PM CST.

AM Central Time. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.
Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend will disqualify them from being able to submit a bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of
the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.

A mandatory job site examination / pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on 2/25/25 at the Armory Municipal Center at 100 N. Water Ave., Tahlequah, OK, 74464, at 10:30 AM Central Time. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.
As it currently stands, the site visit location that will follow the pre-bid meeting is difficult to access from where we are able to enter, if not completely inaccessible in regular vehicles. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own UTV’s to be able to access the ROW. We will have some of GRDA’s available, but if vendors wish to bring their own to make this process easier, they are welcome to.
