** Notice: Addendum No. 1 was issued on 10/23/2020 ** The 2020 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Program (CIP S-33) (the “Project”) consists of cleaning, televising 49,093 LF of sanitary sewer in the City of Hilliard, Ohio ranging from 8-inch to 18-inch diameters; 44,983 LF of 8-inch to 12-inch sewer and 4,110 LF of 15-inch to 18-inch sewers. Sanitary sewers are located within public right of way and backyard easements. Heavy cleaning may be required in approximately 25-percent of the sewers. Traffic control may be required to perform work in some areas. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $222,918. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer’s estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). The Substantial Completion Date is July 31, 2021. The Cemetery Road at Franklin Street Pedestrian Crossing Improvements (CIP T-133) (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) consists of construction of a high visibility crosswalk on the west side of the intersection; rectangular rapid flashing beacons; signing & pavement markings; and curb ramps. The Project also includes safety striping on the Main Street approaches at the intersection with Center Street. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $65,000. 2020 Street and Public Lands Tree Replacement Program (CIP LB-20)
2020 Street and Public Lands Tree Replacement Program (CIP LB-20) (the “Project”) consists of planting new 2-inch caliper street and public land tree replacements at locations specified in the plans. Any existing trees at specified locations were previously removed. Gator bags will be provided by the City for contractor to install and fill once. ** Notice: Addendum 2 was issued on 10/19/2020 ** Notice: Addendum 1 was issued on 10/16/2020.** The Scioto Darby Road & Walcutt Road Improvements (CIP T-76) (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) consists of construction of a single lane roundabout; a shared-use path on the south side of the street between Scioto Farms Drive and Leap Road; drainage; stormwater management; street lighting; fiber conduit; removal of an existing traffic signal; signing & pavement marking; curb ramps; and resurfacing.
