Meadow Lake & River Oaks New Elevated Storage Tanks----New elevated and ground steel water storage tanks, control buildings, controls, piping, site grading and drainage, electrical service, equipment, utility lines and other related items at the Meadow Lake and River Oaks sites.

2024 District 2, 3 Road Improvements------The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by reconstructing and/or milling and overlaying road surfaces as specified along the following Parish roads: - 7th St (R03K054) Section 42 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Aminth Dr (R03D004) Section 26 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Authement St (R03D003) Section 26 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Cobblestone Ct (R02K025) Section 22 Township 5S Range 10E Folsom; - Damiano Rd (R02F029) Section 33 Township 4S Range 10E Folsom; - E Stadium Dr (R03D015) Section 30 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Fitzgerald Ln (R02O001) Section 34 Township 5S Range 11E Covington; - Green Valley Rd (R03E010) Section 3 Township 6S Range 10E Folsom; - Joseph’s Rd (R02E001) Section 33 Township 4S Range 10E Folsom; and - Pine Hollow Rd (R02R002) Section 36 Township 5S Range 11E Covington.
