1554 - Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center - Education Building / Conference Center
The Work consists of additions to and the extensive renovation of
the existing approximately 4500 square foot BREC Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center
Education Building located at 10533 North Glenstone Place in Baton Rouge. The
project includes an approximately 770 square foot brick faced addition, stripping of
existing and provision of new interior metal stud walls, new exterior glass wall and doors
segments, a new rear exterior galvanized steel canopy and concrete sidewalks, and a
new metal roof as described in the Contract Documents.
