The project consists of demolition and back fill of existing concrete public swimming pool, removal of existing playground equipment, and the demolition of other miscellaneous site features including concrete walks. Proposed features include the construction of a new playground with rubber and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, park shelters, site furniture, ornamental and chain link fencing, seat walls, concrete and unit paving, earthen berms, other custom site features and landscaping.

Pavilion is brick veneer structure on typical concrete slab with metal standing seam roof. Pavilion will have bathrooms and storage room. Approximately 3200 SF total under roof.

Construction of a concrete pathway, approximately 3400 linear feet, along the south bank of Wards Creek between Bluebonnet Blvd and Mall of Louisiana Blvd. The Work includes, site clearing, storm drainage, earthwork, stone riprap, concrete pavement, striping and traffic control devices, lawns and grasses, concrete retaining walls and site furnishings.
